One of my goals this coming year is to surround myself with a group of people extremely accelerated in experience, business and revenue than I am. That’s the positive way of saying I’m positioning myself to be the low man on the totem pole. This is not a common practice of mine, or many people, for that matter. We like to keep company where we’re comfortable.
