A friend of mine made the biggest sale in his business thus far. He told friends who are normally his biggest fans and they weren’t nearly as excited as he thought they would be. They’re usually great at celebrating the small wins.
Apparently, small wins are shared and celebrated with greater ease than big wins. Big wins bring an element of jealousy and intimidation enough that the faux cheerleaders fade away.
Fight to keep people around you that push you to big wins and celebrate them with you.
