If you’re an over-achiever one of your biggest frustrations is not finishing your to-do list every day. Am I right?
The problem is our to-do list might have 3 things on it, but they are conceptual to-do’s rather than detailed to-do’s.
“Clean the house” is conceptual. This takes a lot more time than “clean the bathroom” and “mop the kitchen floor.”
If you find yourself frustrated by not accomplishing your tasks, break them down so they are detailed tasks, not conceptual tasks.
