Run at it

If we are in the #2 spot we’re watching #1. There’s a really specific target to beat. And If we’re #1, we tend to peek over our shoulder to see where #2 is and we lose focus and concentration on a bigger target. Rather than running to something, we’re running away from something.

Seemingly, the benefits of running towards something are stronger than running away from it.
