Stand by your words

Say what you mean. What you really mean. What’s really on your mind and heart.

Mean what you say. Only say things that are truer than true.

And after you’ve said things as such, stand by them. (This says nothing of the delivery, just content.) Don’t back down from what’s really going on, and what you really want and need to say.
