On a soup kick

I made soup 3 times in the last week and a half. I was on a soup kick!

Which made me think – “kicks” are subjective. Making 3 soups in a week and a half was a kick for me. It wouldn’t be for a soup and sandwich cafe. Doing laundry once a week wouldn’t be a laundry kick for me, but it might be for a college student.
