The coon hound howled and moaned the whole drive. (She was fine, just being transported for pet sitting.) She pulled up to stop lights and people looked at her like they might when one plays music ridiculously loud.
The best part – she stared straight ahead like nothing was going on! I laugh just thinking about it!
The crazy part is that sometimes we have such obvious “issues,” and things going on and people are telling us, commenting, looking at us, and we stare straight ahead like nothing is going on…like we aren’t struggling in this area or with that thing. And the howling continues. And it will. Until we change something.
If our issues are that obvious to those around us, we would do well to listen and heed some of their suggestions.
