There’s a lot on my plate. Almost always. I’m a wife, mama, daughter, sister, friend and employer. There are two adults and 4 businesses headquartered in the walls of our home. I believe in health, fitness and wellness so workouts, being outdoors and eating nutritious foods are essential.
With a lot of moving parts, I need time to think…to percolate…to filter and sort, and let my mind come to new ideas and conclusions.
