Would you pay .25 to take a picture?

If you had to pay .25 for each picture you took as you were snapping it on your phone, how would it change your picture taking?

Would you take fewer pictures?
Make sure the quality of each was better?
Only take pictures of things that meant a great deal to you?

Is it worth doing that anyway?
