You need a win.

We all do. Too many days without a win and the hope tank drains.

And maybe we need to stop and take inventory of the wins that ARE happening, but we’re too focused on a certain kind of win that we’re missing the very wins that could put wind in our sails on the way to the big win.

What win did you have today already?!
