It’s basically impossible to be transparent with another human and not have the sharing change the relationship dynamics. There’s never a “hey, just wanted to tell you this. FYI” kind of conversation that doesn’t affect the relationship.
New information and exchange of information always affects a relationship. As well as no exchange of information.
