If you’ve set a benchmark for something, don’t cave because you’re tempted.
If you said you wouldn’t turn the TV on until you’ve completed 100 pushups don’t turn the TV on at 80 pushups and do the rest while it’s you watch your fave show on Netflix.
If you said you wouldn’t drink soda this week, don’t drink diet and say it doesn’t count.
Have willpower. Set the bar and don’t lower it.
